Hourly Rate - $110 per hour (minimum 3-hour booking required)*

1. Our Process:
   Consultation - We begin with a personalised consultation to understand your needs, goals, and the areas you’d like to focus on. This step ensures we have a clear plan tailored to your lifestyle. A 15-30 minute phone consultation is free to gather as much information as possible before scheduling an in-person consultation, which costs $95 for 45 minutes.

2. Action Plan:
   After the consultation, we develop a step-by-step plan for decluttering and organising your space. This includes identifying what’s needed, areas to prioritise, and how we can make your space functional and easy to maintain.

3. Expert Services:
   Once the plan is in place, we’ll begin the process of decluttering and organising. Our services include:
      ✓ Expert decluttering and organising tailored to your needs  
      ✓ Designing functional spaces that are easy to maintain  
      ✓ Donating clothing items to charity on your behalf  
      ✓ Clear labelling for organised storage solutions  
      ✓ Light cleaning of the area to ensure a tidy and fresh result

4. Finishing Touches:
   We’ll ensure that your space not only looks organised but functions smoothly for daily life. We’ll also provide tips to help you maintain the space long after we’re done.

5. Payment Details:
   We require a 50% deposit before starting the job.  
   The remaining payment is due upon completion.  
   Flexible payment plans are available for the balance from 4 to 8 weeks
